5: Everything is Easier When You Have a Team

I talk to my friend and fellow entrepreneur, Jason, almost every day. We talk about life and business and discuss what we're working on. We troubleshoot issues and talk through challenges we're facing. Sometimes it's good to just talk a problem out.

Every other week I host private mastermind groups. One of my favorite moments after these groups are formed is when the members start relying on one another and start working as a team. Then, as time moves forward, I get to sit and watch as my entrepreneurs toss ideas around, debate, and work through challenges.

The most successful people surround themselves with great teams. Even athletes in “solo” sports like golf and cycling have teams of people they can go to for support. And, here's a secret – most of those athletes actually work with a “team” of several coaches to help them win.
