3 Reasons You Should Attend THRIVE: Make Money Matter
Starting a business is hard work. It's even harder work when you're not getting the best information, when you're not surrounding yourself with the best people, and you're not investing your money in the best ways possible.
Lucky for us, there's a solution. And, it's a pretty great one. Let's talk about why you should attend THRIVE: Make Money Matter this September in Las Vegas.
The other day, I got a phone call from a man named Fred in New Jersey who was looking to hire a business coach. One of the reasons he mentioned for looking for a coach was that he felt alone and isolated and that he didn't have many people to talk business with.
Entrepreneurship is too hard to do alone. We all need the best tools possible to give us the edge, to keep us focuses, and to help us along.
One tool I use to keep me plugged-in to the entrepreneurial community is attending conferences. Not many, but the conferences I know will help me move my business forward and provide knowledgeable counsel to my clients. And, one of those conferences is THRIVE.
If you've been reading my blog, been getting my emails, or been listening to my podcast for a while, you know I love THRIVE: Make Money Matter. But, today, I want to tell you why =)
3 Reasons to Attend Thrive: Make Money Matter 2018
1: Best In Class Knowledge
The first time I saw the speaker lineup for THRIVE 2014, I thought it was a joke. I almost didn't want to click the link because I thought it was a scam. I mean, who puts Gary Vaynerchuk, Robert Herjavec, Keith Ferrazzi, Tucker Max, Tai Lopez (and more!) on the same stage at the same conference?!
Seriously, who does that?
Cole Hatter, the guy who had the vision to put the world's best speakers on the same stage, has created an event where entrepreneurs like you and I can get best in class knowledge. No B-teamers, no backups, only the best.
A few more people who've taught us from the THRIVE stage are:
- Les Brown
- Grant Cardone
- Lewis Howes
- Luis Ortiz
- Billy Gene
- Lori Harder
- John Assaraf
- Pat Flynn
- Jack Canfield
- Tom Billyeu
- John Lee Dumas
- Regan Hillyer
- Shaun T
And the list goes on…
At THRIVE, you will learn from millionaires and billionaires. You'll learn from marketers, fitness experts, authors, psychologists, investors, bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, and so much more. THRIVE is a conference about business, and if you attend, you'll learn from the best of the best.
2: The Best People
I remember sitting at a bar in San Diego after the first day of THRIVE 2 (this year is THRIVE 4). This guy sat there nursing a pale ale, and I asked him what he thought about the conference.
“Eh,” he said, “it's nothing I haven't heard before.”
“Ya, right,” I thought. “Like you've seen this caliber of speakers all at the same time…”
But he wasn't totally wrong. If you wanted to learn from any one of these awesome speakers, you could read their books, watch them in interviews, or go follow them on social media. It might take you a while and you might have to sift through a lot of non-informational stuff, but you could do it.
But THRIVE isn't just about the speakers. It's about the people who attend the conference.
What the guy at the bar missed was the 3rd word in the THRIVE: Make Money Matter tagline – “matter.” You can get business information anywhere, but it's how to make your money MATTER that makes THRIVE different.
If you want to make a million bucks, there are a million different resources that will teach you how to do it. However, if you want to make an impact with your money, if you want to leave a legacy, if you want to do something that matters…
… there aren't a whole lot of people teaching you how to do that.
If you think you'll go to THRIVE and learn about business and how to make money, you'll get 2/3 of the value the price of admission. (Honestly, you'll probably get 3/2, and you'll walk out with WAY more value than what you paid for your ticket.) However, to get the full value for your dollar, you'll have to also want to learn how to make a difference with your money.
People who attend THRIVE want to make money, AND they want to make their money matter. It takes a certain type of person to think that way. And THRIVE attracts a certain type of person. And, in my opinion, these are the best kind of people.
3: Best Bang For Your Buck
Right now the price of a general admission ticket is $297 and the conference is September 14, 15, and 16. That's less than $100 a day, and you get to learn from some of the best and brightest entrepreneurs on the planet. There is no better value than that on the planet.
I've attended other conferences that delivered far less for much more. THRIVE is one of the best bangs for your buck events you could attend.
Ok, so, I've told you how much I love this event. I've shared with you the quality of speakers who will share their knowledge. And, I told you about the amazing people who you'll meet if you attend.
But what if you could get your ticket for free?
