I remember sitting at a bar in San Diego after the first day of THRIVE 2 (this year is THRIVE 4). This guy sat there nursing a pale ale, and I asked him what he thought about the conference.

“Eh,” he said, “it's nothing I haven't heard before.”

“Ya, right,” I thought. “Like you've seen this caliber of speakers all at the same time…”

But he wasn't totally wrong. If you wanted to learn from any one of these awesome speakers, you could read their books, watch them in interviews, or go follow them on social media. It might take you a while and you might have to sift through a lot of non-informational stuff, but you could do it.

But THRIVE isn't just about the speakers. It's about the people who attend the conference.
