80 Twenty Rule 80/20 Rule

We've all heard of the 80/20 rule. Where 20% of the people do 80% of the work…  I recently heard a modified version of that called the 10/80/10 rule where 10% of the workers get recognized and promoted, 80% works and waits, and the final 10%, the bottom, gets “managed out” or fired.

What kind of workforce could you get, and what type of company could you run, if you could embolden, excite and empower your 80%?!
