A runway allows an airplane to gain momentum. On-ramps allow you to merge with the freeway traffic. They both exist for getting us up to speed.

Runways, on-ramps and personal growth are related because:

1. All three are a build up process
2. All three require significant energy to get moving
3. All three symbolize something harder to start than to maintain
4. All three are necessary to reach our goals and to take us to new places

Yesterday, today and tomorrow are our runways.
