How Amy defines empowerment:
It means the ability to make an impact. When I feel empowered I feel like I want to give and give more than I take. And make an impact on the lives I touch.

When you decided to do what you're doing now, what types of Resistance did you face?
Amy had a lot of self-doubt. She feared that she didn't have the knowledge or skill set to make it on her own. When she left Tony Robbins, Amy had several fear-based questions in her head.

What will people think?
Will they think I'm a fraud?
Do I really know enough to start my own business?
How did you face and overcome those challenges?
I surrounded myself with people who truly believed in me. People like my husband, my family, and even peers who knew me, knew my skills and who pushed me forward.
Taking action also helped. Every time I did something, even if it wasn't perfect, I got a little piece of confidence in myself.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I focus on content development. I try to create less but take a deep dive into the material. I try to market smarter and make sure everything I have is streamlined, theres a process in place, and it's the best it can be. I have stuff that works, now I want to make it better.

It comes back to taking action. Take action every day. Ask yourself,
“Did I do something that is going to impact the goal that I'm going after.”
