Kelly shares her story of how she began working as a voice actor. Leaving her job in marketing in New York to come back to Texas, Kelly took a leap of faith in her business. Kelly shares some of the best advice for beginners and I can't wait to share it with you!

How did you empower yourself to make the changes necessary to get you to where you are today?
I empowered myself by convincing myself to not be scared. I convinced myself that, even if I failed, it would be ok. I had this self-belief that I could make it.
When you decided to do what you're doing now, what types of Resistance did you face?
My parents asked, “A what? What is that?” My friends and family didn't really know what I was about to do.
What are you doing today that will keep you moving forward tomorrow?
Following up with every casting and ad agencies in Houston and letting them know about my most recent work with the Red Cross (my latest success!)
What was the last movie you saw?

EPIC Question: What is one tip, or one piece of advice you can give people who are just starting?
Don't wait. Make a plan. Sit down, write out a plan, if you don't get anywhere with the plan, find a mentor, talk to somebody, but don't wait. Do something with it. The only thing I wish is that I'd started this business earlier.
