Very early on in my business, I realized I'd gotten lucky. While at Fortune 50 companies like IBM and Dell, I'd received a very expensive Corporate Education. These major companies taught me many of the things I'll teach you, things like:
I realized that the training I received was unique, and that most people never learned these things. As soon as I discovered that I had business knowledge most aspiring entrepreneurs didn't have, I KNEW I had to share it.

In 2012, I had (almost) everything in life I was told I needed.
Ashley and I had been married a couple of years, we'd bought a great house on the golf course, and I'd just been awarded Sales Rep of the Year at Dell. I was on top of the world.
Life was great.
Then in 2014, just 3 weeks after I made over $20,000 in commissions (and got the "Managers Rock Star" trophy on the left), and had one of the best weekends of my professional career, I got fired.
I had to figure my way out of anger, frustration, confusion, and maybe a little bit of depression about not knowing what I'd do next, how I'd feed the family, pay for the car (I'd just bought a nice one), or keep my status with my friends after no longer having a high-paying j-o-b. Ashley and I talked about whether or not I should dust off the resume or go "all in" on trying to make my coaching business work.
But getting fired turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because the following months after getting fired, I had to learn how to identify and hone my skills and talents.
I had to learn how to create new products and to package, market and sell them. I had to learn how to take my time management skills and self-discipline to a whole new level. And, I had to learn how to build a brand and a business and get new clients so I could help pay the bills, help us keep our house, and begin building a future.
Because I went through all of that, I learned how to identify target markets, define ideal customers, automate systems and processes (so I could get some sleep), and do most of it very quickly.
As a result, my business grew 404% in 2015!
Now I get to teach, train, mentor and coach aspiring entrepreneurs to do what I did, with one exception. Instead of waiting to get fired, I want people to work on their exit strategy long before the actual transition so they can make it a smooth one and avoid all of the fear, confusion, anger, and depression that I felt.
I've been featured, mentioned, or quoted on some of the largest personal development, business and entrepreneurship websites in the world. And, for over 25 months, I've gotten to work daily with entrepreneurs at all stages of business growth.

Every meeting will be recorded via Zoom. Video allow us to build a stronger understanding of what's going on in your head, and I can understand how to help you best.
