Some of the information we might collect from you is your first and last name, phone number, mailing address, and sometimes your IP address for security. However, we typically don't ask for or retain your mailing address unless we're sending you something in the mail after you purchase a product, and we only log your IP address for security reasons pertaining to your username and password if you log in.

We collect this information via technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds.
Comments
If/when you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms
If you fill out a contact form or fill out an application, we might also collect some additional information form you.
In addition to the fields into which you input your information or other data, we might collect your IP address for geolocation. We do this mostly to know what country or part of the world our traffic is coming from. This does not tell us your home address. Any IP address or geolocation information is tied only to the information you submitted on the form, not to a particular username or anything else. We keep the information in these forms indefinitely.
We do not use IP addresses or geolocation information for marketing purposes.
We may use the information you send us via contact forms for marketing purposes.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Log Files
Like many other Web sites, ElloryWells.com makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Additional information
We use website tracking code from our email marketing software, ActiveCampaign. This code allows us to see what pages you've visited on our site. We only have access to this information after you've opted in to receive emails from us. You can request your account and all of the information we have on you to be deleted at any time.
We use this tracking code to follow your behavior on our site. Using this information, we can send you relevant emails based on what you view.
How we protect your data
To protect your data, we've restricted access to the owners of this website. We use two-factor authentication to restrict access and prevent anyone other than an administrator from accessing your data.
What this means is that any time someone tries to log into the site as an administrator, in addition to their username and password, they're also required to input a 6 digit number provided by a secured and approved device. These 6 digit numbers reset every 30 seconds. If the code you enter doesn't match the code provided by the secured app, login access is denied. It's pretty cool.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In this section you should explain what procedures you have in place to deal with data breaches, either potential or real, such as internal reporting systems, contact mechanisms, or bug bounties.
What third parties we receive data from
If your web site receives data about users from third parties, including advertisers, this information must be included within the section of your privacy policy dealing with third party data.
